Search tool dont work

Yes that seems to be a problem with tumblr’s recent NSFW changes. The tags should still work though. For example:

~~www.leagueofbara.tumblr.com/search/yasuo~~ does not work

www.leagueofbara.tumblr.com/tagged/yasuo DOES work

Mobile devices may have trouble but it works on desktop.
